Return Policy

Dear customer,

If for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 7 days from the date of receipt subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:

• Returns for exchange cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
• Items to be returned/sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
• Discounted/special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for exchange
• Return items for exchange should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.
